We were astounded; almost across the board, the message was "we used Andrew. You need to as well". We hired Andrew, in the fall of 2022. The property was an acreage, and the market was soft. We knew it could be a challenge. But Andrew came up with a great plan. We quickly completed some selective improvements to the house, to boost street appeal. We also brought in a great stager, at his recommendation. We did some innovative drone photo/video work, to really highlight the unique characteristics of the property. Then listed the house! We ended up selling the house in only a few weeks. On top of the frequent house showings, Andrew found our buyer by connecting with people in his network, and through his relationships, he connected with the eventual buyers.
