The Buying Process

Have you ever had someone try to sell you something before you even had a chance to explain to the person what it is you needed? There are not many things worse than talking to a salesperson that clearly has an agenda and doesn’t care to ask what it is you need. The Buying process must start with exactly that, finding out what your needs are. For some people, that can be a difficult thing to determine, especially if it is a first time experience or if they have not moved in a long time. Either way, it’s my job to help you determine your needs first, and then make a plan from there.

Once we have a clear vision of your needs and a well defined plan, we can systematically search the market for the best options available to you. I have the best available tools at my fingertips and I know Abbotsford as well as anyone, so if a plan is in place, success will come naturally.
