Movin' on

Buying a home is a different bag of candy. Selling can sometimes be a contemplative or sad experience because of memories made within the home and the symbolism of closing a chapter in your life. Buying, on the other hand, invokes emotions of new beginnings and possibilities. Quite honestly, buying a home can be a lot of fun!

Just as the emotions may be different from selling to buying, so too is the skill set required in the agent. A great buyer's agent must know the landscape and neighborhoods of the city intimately; he/she must be well versed in the city's development and zoning bylaws and most importantly a great buyer's agent will be a seasoned negotiator.

Last but certainly not least, it is imperative that as a Buyer, you can trust your agent. In my opinion, trust is built through education. I see it as my job to educate my buyers with all the tools available to me including, comparable sales and market trends so that you can make an informed decision on any property you are considering. In my experience, most mistakes that are made in the buying process happen because of a lack of information and a lack of expertise.

I would love an opportunity to share with you my expertise and provide you with the right information to help you make a smart purchase.
